From journalism to healing hands - my path to massage therapy was driven by a desire to make a direct, positive impact on people's daily lives.
Originally from Labrador, I discovered massage therapy after completing a journalism degree. What drew me to both fields was the same thing: connecting with people and helping them in meaningful ways.
I graduated with honours from Oxford College's Massage Therapy program and have been practicing as a licensed RMT since 2023. My approach combines evidence-based techniques with a genuine understanding of how pain and tension affect your daily life.
When I'm not treating clients, you'll find me running (I've completed the Ottawa Half-Marathon), gardening, or spending time with my wife Samantha and our dog Fritzie.
